Description
Genuine Yellow Orpiment is our exquisitely hand-crafted watercolor paint made with an extremely concentrated, high-quality single source pigment. Every pan is meticulously hand mulled, filled, and labeled, using only pure local honey and a small amount of all natural, pure gum arabic to achieve an exceptionally concentrated and richly textured pigment.

Yellow Orpiment is a luminous, vibrant orange created from the genuine realgar, a naturally occurring mineral pigment prized in historic art. This striking orange, is the warm, glowing orange found in medieval manuscripts and revered frescoes, delivers an intensely saturated, radiant color with a natural stone character. Its transparent and granulating properties make it ideal for glazing, layering, and crafting compositions with dynamic, expressive depth. Perfect for artists who value historical authenticity and vivid vibrancy, Yellow Orpiment brings a truly natural and captivating quality to your work.
