Terre Verte is our exquisitely hand-crafted oil paint made with an extremely concentrated, high-quality single source pigment. Every tube is meticulously hand mulled, filled, and labeled using only pure cold-pressed walnut oil (linseed oil available upon request) and the maximum amount of hand-ground and richly textured pigment.

Terre Verte features a single, natural mineral pigment known for its cool, muted green tone. Traditionally sourced from deposits rich in celadonite and glauconite, Terre Verte has been prized since antiquity—used by Renaissance painters for underpainting flesh tones and creating atmospheric, naturalistic effects.
