Every pan is meticulously hand mulled, hand packed, filled, and labeled — ensuring maximum pigment concentration without any binders, fillers, or extenders. Our unique formula uses only one pigment and pure local honey, delivering a maximally concentrated watercolor paint.

Raw Sienna is a warm, golden-brown watercolor made from a single natural earth pigment with centuries of artistic tradition. Mined from clay deposits rich in iron oxide and silica, this timeless color has been used by artists since the Renaissance for its natural warmth, gentle transparency, and exceptional stability. Raw Sienna is ideal for landscapes, skin tones, botanical work, and atmospheric washes—offering a beautiful middle ground between yellow ochre and burnt sienna. Its smooth, semi-transparent flow and soft granulation make it a versatile workhorse in both classical and modern palettes, blending harmoniously with both warm and cool colors.
