Every encaustic stick is meticulously handmade, poured, and labeled using only pure, filtered beeswax, all natural dammar resin, and the maximum amount of hand-ground and richly textured pigment.

Madder Lake Medium is a luminous, rose-red watercolor made from real fermented madder root (Rubia tinctorum), carefully laked using traditional dye extraction methods.
