Every pan is meticulously hand mulled, filled, and labeled—using only pure local honey and all natural gum arabic to achieve an exceptionally concentrated and richly textured pigment. Every paint is single pigment with maximum concentration and no binders, fillers, or extenders.


Indian Yellow is a glowing, golden-yellow watercolor made from a single pigment known for its rich warmth and vibrant transparency. This color pays homage to the historic Indian Yellow of the 18th and 19th centuries—originally derived from natural sources in India and beloved by artists for its luminous, almost sunlit quality. Our version uses a high-quality, non-toxic alternative that maintains the signature glow of the original while offering improved lightfastness and safety.
