Cobalt Violet Watercolor Ink
Description
Cobalt Violet Watercolor Ink is our exquisitely hand-crafted watercolor ink made with an extremely concentrated, high-quality single source pigment. Every bottle is meticulously hand mixed, poured, and sealed, using only pure distilled water and a small amount of all natural, pure gum arabic to achieve an exceptionally vibrant and richly pigmented liquid.
Cobalt Violet Watercolor Ink is a soft, floral violet made from genuine cobalt phosphate. Known for its gentle tinting strength and subtle granulation, this pigment has been used since the 19th century for its delicate color and exceptional permanence. It flows smoothly in washes and retains its luminosity even in layers, making it ideal for florals, glazing, classical portraiture, and ethereal effects in ink work.
